Fuck Paypal

So I have 200+ USD in a paypal account, and cannot access it for 180 days. They banned me because I lied about my age. I'm 17, and I can drive a fucking car, but can't use paypal without mommy and daddy saying so wtf? Anyways I can't do shit and it pisses me off. I started another account, and wanted to have them remove my Social Sec number so I can put it on my other one.

Should of read their TOS before putting money in. Your own fault. Same thing as lying to get into a strip club. They'd kick you out if you weren't 18 too.

The thing is... How the hell did they find out you were not 18? You fucked up somewhere down the line. And no, they can't figure out your age from your social security number or banking information...

Cause the poster faxed/scaned and emailed confidential papers to paypal. Since when do you have to give Paypal your SSN?

Why sue? They'll just keep his money for signing up a fraudulent account...and getting caught.

Besides, they legally cant sue him for him being 17.

Therefore, he cant legally enter a legally binding contract, therefore that money isnt his..but its theirs.

Well first off I never put money in their. I was collecting money from selling various things. And also I lied about my age is how they didn't find out.... Yes that is fraud and they could sue me, but they have not yet, and if they did I think they would have to sue a lot of other people as well.
