Simple .BAT file for people who are too lazy to type it into notepad themselves. For your safety, right click the file, click edit, and check if the code is like this:
If it's like that, then you're safe. To use this file, simply double click it, and once it closes, your IP should've changed. If it does not, restart your computer and it should. Have fun!

This doesn't always work - it depends on your connection type.
Mastasnip3 is right, doesn't always work, only if you're directly connected to your modem.

ya not working for me because of this but for those other people this will help alot!!!
If you have a static IP Address, flush your DNS, and clear your IP. Shut off your modem for 24 hours, renew your IP. That should work.
but i dont have it by me... like im using the neighbors wireless...
wireless is different
If your using wireless, I think you have to go over to who ever you steal the connection from, and get them to shut there modem down for 24 hours, if they don't have a modem, to run the IP Renew thing.
