1st: Nobody likes full caps
2nd: It'd be easier to have somebody give you "classes" in it, it takes about a month to fully master
3rd: Buy a C++ For Dummies book

Step 1. Go to the library and get a book for C++
Step 2. Read the book from page 1 to over 1000
Step 3. Download Visual C++ Express 2008 or 2010
Step 4. Learn the codes for Combat Arms
Step 5. Make the hack!
