Sorry for bump, but he goes home and when he gets in his house he sees Samuel Jackson and he talks about "You're not the only hero" or something like that. His buddy who looks at the suit and says "Next time, baby" becomes War Machine. Stark goes into alcoholism (as he does in the comics) and blah blah. The movies don't always follow comics so besides what I already stated I don't know anything else.

Samuel L Jackson plays Nick Fury (yes, we all know Nick Fury is white....but hey); he says "You know, you're not the only superhero in the world..." and Tony Stark says "Who the hell are you?" Nick Fury replies: "My name is Captain Nick Fury, director of S.H.I.E.L.D., I'm here to talk to you about the Avenger Initiative."
