about rule: bumping (help me)

hi, im not sure what bumping means, dont call me stupid :P i dont even know if this is a post or a thread but anyway, i was reading the rules because i was baned and i saw the "Bumping old threads (1 week or older) (3 Day Ban)*" rule and thats what i got banned for, so i just have 1 question .. well 2 but ..
1) is bumping when u comment on a thread or somthing to make it go on first page of the section or somthing?
2) Bumping old threads (1 week or older) (3 Day Ban)*---- for the 1 week or older part, is it the last comment has to be 1week ago or less or is it when the post first was posted?


oh and 1 more thing, if u leech something and u admit it in the post do you still get banned?

Bumping is when you post in an old thread to "bump" it up. As long as the last post isn't older than 1 week, it should be ok to post (but if it's older than a few days just leave it alone).

And I dunno exactly about leeching, if you give credits it doesn't become "leeching" any more.
