[Solved]new and confused please help?

ok so im new here and i got the carepackage 2.5 mod so i have the folder right now and i dont know what to do with it? please help i already tried looking on how to do this and i couldnt find it here or anywhere in the internet! what do you do with the mod files after you already have them??

You download mw2_liberation google it then put them in the mods folder then go to liberation and select a mod then launch the game but beware MW2_LIBERATION IS DETECTED!!!!!!!

used it a week, then got banned for using a cheat tool (and no, i was not sloppy, vac was always disabled).
And i was just hosting once, the rest of the time were private matches for testing a mod in the works (since i can change the mod and then simply restart the map for the changes to take effect)

Use the mod in private match...i using only in private and i'm not banned for now xD

U can always get banned online and on private and maybe u were already detected
