I recall a footsteps louder mod. Is it possible to make it EVEN LOUDER

Turn your volume to max and you're all set. You might start hearing bells and stuff like that and eventual deafness but that should be normal

Change the footsteps to the loudest sound in Combat Arms, and you're set.
