Unless you do it like in COD4 if there was none in CODWAW what makes you think there will be in CODBO.

They won't start banning for different play styles.
It's like they would bann rushers or claymore campers which is 1/2 of people. /

you always can quick scope even if its more difficult
in cod waw is almost impossible but i try to quick scope and sometimes its god dam working so quick scopers don't give up and just try to quick scope and ten u will see if you can or not

I was QScoping in WAW as well.

Ofcourse they wont ban you for quickscoping, that's just complete rubbish.
