Please someone whos good with computers

please help me someone!!!
i was at school this morning " i work on computers "
when randomly i noticed my computer got slower in an instant
i did a virus scan and it found nothing
i tried looking through my c:\ drive found nothing suspicious
and then my pc froze
after that things just got worse...
a error msg popped up saying "rundll.dll error" or something like that
then another msg popped up saying "running out of memory! close programs to get more memory if you dont get more memory your programs will not start correctly!" or something like that please help me mpgh!
i have teamviewer, windows live messenger, please help me someone

P.S my os is windows 7 64-bit dell studio xps 16

1) Don't just give anybody your TV Info, they can ruin your computer
2) Same goes with MSN, they can hack your MSN and what not

Have you installed any software lately?
if so, list them all please.

pop in a recovery disk. run a system restore.

other than a few hacks no, i have not
but i have downloaded the
halo trial
and an aimbot for the halo trial and i have downloaded
a ca auto hack updater "it was either the auto updater or !xspeedpro"
i think it was that program !xspeedpro but i cant delete it whenever i do it just comes back somehow....

Open in safe mod, get Search Everything from VoidTools
and from there, manually delete all traces of this:

rundll.dll is a common error
google it and you should get the right solution for ur situation

He downloaded a trojan as far as I can tell

Is this program legit?
it fixed some of my PC issues.. atleast i think it did i had 524 or something
it went to about 239 or somewhere around there and it said i need the
full version from an activation code or something
