COMBAT ARMS HACK MESS UP

I need help people.
1. when i download a hack it says missing MSCVR100 or somthing
2. when i download that it says somthing else is missing and keeps going on
3. how to i put a download link from my computer not a website
4. i have some hacks but i need to know how to insert them into the topic

google it download the dll and put it in System32 folder
if using 64 bit put it also in SYSWOW64
