Hey, i checked youtube and i found fast rank server, some guy was asking if it still works, cuz of patch and creator of the video said yes, so...

Because it is not patched well it is but you need to bypass it.
And do you have server IP ?
afaik the connect to ip command is still broken. Just jump in and out of servers till you get into one.
