i baught a c++ book, and it sais to understand c++ u need to know c.... why the fuck didnt i get told this before -.-

please correct me if i am mistaken, i dont really want to buy another book this early (i just baught a c++ book and i want to finish it first

C++ and C are essentially the same, so learning C++ is enough

C++ is a continuation of C. In college I am doing C# and going into C++.

And by the way you don't know what you're talking about. one can start on c++ without any knowledge of any other language. I learned C++ with almost zero formal programming experience... I knew like 1/10000 of Real-Basic when I decided to switch to C++ and now C++ is pretty easy for me... You do not need to know C. I still cannot figure out the mumbo jumbo that is C...
