How to change a static ip?

Well guess i think im going to be banned from CA really soon lmao. But i got static ip and im worried about them ip banning me (i hope they just account ban me) wait i take that back i hope they don't ban me at all. But anyways ive been playing with the vacuum/opk hack alot i just been messing around you know. So i feel like i should know how to change a static ip so if i do get banned hehe.

Well you most likely won't be ip banned. How to change? Call your isp >.> or Proxy no other way.
