So you want to be a developer?

[Note:The development section of this community puts a lot of had work into helping others , Remember them and don't forget to stop in whenever you need help as well.]

I may have been at MPGH for just under 1 year, but (like anything else I set my mind to) I am always tying to come up with new ideas to help the members of this community and I have noticed that many members are looking to become developers and code their own applications, however they never seem to make it over to the development section of MPGH and assume they will learn everything they need by caving the hacking source code threads.

Fact is, it takes a little more initiative then that. So I have decided to setup seminars and classes to teach those who want to learn a language.

Here is what you need to know fist

These courses are not meant to teach you how to be a hacker, They are not meant to tell you how to hack a specific game, These courses are meant to teach you how to be a developer in a language you may have been wanting to learn, then you can use that knowledge to develop you own applications, hacks, trainers etc.

There will be numerous courses (listed below), each course will be 45-60 Mins (depending on the instructor) long , your respective course will be held once a week and there will be a total of 8 classes for each course. Only 9 Students per class.

This is not a chat room, or a debate room, You may ask questions and offer comments, but decorum should be the same as high school or college.

If you sign up for a course and get selected, you are allowed only 2 absences. If you have more then that your spot will be filled by another member.

What you will need

The instructors will send a e-mail out to his/her respective students letting you know what you need to have installed and downloaded for you class.

All Visual Studio Classes should have downloaded and installed the latest Stable versions of Visual Studio and the .Net Framework, All students should also have the latest stable build of
any prerequisite you instructor asks you to download.

Instructors will have access to a seminar tool which will allow for Collaboration in real-time, You can share and hand out Docs, draw on a virtual white board/chalkboard, share your desktop, push Website.
