Yes im using windows 7. How can i find out my operators specs so ic an post those as well ?

try installing a 2010 vb express edition or something... maybe the bundled .net 4 will install better for u... idk

TY SO MUCH SAURA ! Its working so far =) it has gotten past that pesky point for me and its actually installing. I will edit this post if it finishes =)
Ps. Its going slowly but surely. Its at about 75% on the installation process. that right there is a huge bonus for me =) +rep to you saura

It was a success =) iw as able to download the newest red dragon injector (that required the .net framework) TY SO MUCH SAURA =)
