Did anyone get banned?

They would probably IP Ban you, and remove your account.

Since playing MS for 3 years I learned that Nexon is too money-hungry to IP ban any potential customer.

They're all building you up for when they release a "Cash Shop" type thing where you pay NX Cash($$$) for items.

The only time I've heard of Nexon IP banning was in MapleStory when they IP banned Israel(before eMS due to nx frauders) and Europe(After eMS was released) but that's only cuz they weren't within Nexon North America's service.

But.. yeh, they don't IP ban individual players.

i got ip banned but guess what i didnt use power lvl thing when 2 guys are up on the rabkings with 40/10 kills and i was banned -_-

Your information. Once someone has this they can trace you, find out where you live, who provides your internet, etc. This is also a number than companies can ban from their website, their game, their forums, anything really. Once you get on a site the owner knows your IP, and once it's banned (unless it's dynamic, or you get your static changed) you cannot trick the system by making another account.

But of course, just change your IP, request your ISP to change your IP, or proxy, of course.

What seemliss said, but a lot of the times if you got a dynamic ip, and don't know to much just unplug your modem for a little while and when you plug it back in you can get a new ip. Does take a bit if you unplug then just plug it right back in you'll end up with the same ip.

I have a dynamic IP and it changes weekly.

If you WANT to change your IP and have a dynamic one, flush the cache through command prompt and unplug your modem for like 24 hours, you'll end up with a new one.

Do you mean stealing wireless? No, you can't steal an IP. Every single computer has a different IP.

That is called a MAC address. Not the same as an IP.
