Damage mod: possible?

Hello, is it possible to change the damage of a weapon? I know it's possible to model swap to change the ROF and reload time of a weapon, but how about accuracy, damage, recoil, and the like?

I'm thinking it might not be possible due to them being possibly being server sided files rather than computer sided files. Which, if your familiar with the game, is exactly why Runescape is "un-hackable".

Please post your thoughts or, if there are any, some mods that include damage changes, recoil reduction, and the like.
