Help with Unbann please

Hello i think i got banned in combat arm it says unable to connect something like that.Can any1 repley or pm me for some tips on how to unbann myself

To Check For Sure, Go To The COmbat Arms Website.
Search Your Name.
If Your Stats Are All Erased You Are Banned.
Then You Can Stop Whining.
