Ipad used as a tablet?

Can you use an ipad as a tablet? I was going to buy one then my big sister bought an ipad so i just wanted to be sure.. Not to spend more money...

you can install apps and shit
its pretty good
ill buy it if i had money :/

not well, mainly cause there isnt a graphics program for it
oh and u dont need a tablet, unless u have a real use for it

But the good thibg is the goverment gives us $700 to my big sister because australia is cool so it includes ipad cuz its kinda part of her stationary..

it has it's own screen. it's meant for fingers, not for stylus's so....
meh, no need. you're better off using a USB tablet.

You can get an App Called PSExpress! Obviously this is Photoshop Express and only has Minimal Features but it's a Pretty Good App!
