weird glitch

Ok here's what i did lmfao
Its unexplainable to me right now.
I joined a game with Speed hax set at 35
After that game i turned cheat engine off
And join a diff game
and i automattically Tapped
and appeared as a ghost killer
Can someone explain please :/
