Super Noob Tutorial for Elitevision 3.0

1. Download the file
2. Extract it by pressing the Extract button on Winzip
Go to the folder where you extracted the file to and click there
3. Click on the application that says Combat Arms then press ok when the pop-up comes
4. Open Combat arms
5. Press home button on your keyboard
6. Press up and down do select hacks
7. Left and right to turn on and off hacks
8. The bottom two hacks do not work
