Can't download version.ini. ????

When I open up my crossfire. It gives the the little box where i have to click start game. Where it usually has all the news and the events it says "Navigation to webpage was cancelled". Then when I click start game. It says "Cannot download version.ini." I do have my internet on and I disabled all my Anti-viruses.

What do I do?

Try see if don't have anything about your AV and your Firewall.

Reinstall CF,restart your computer,and then try again.

This problem means that between yo clicking the start game function and the game actually starting to load, there is a problem in the start. Probably an antivirus that is blocking the game or something else.

Your firewall prbly blocks it

shut off AV and firewall. delete ALL cf folders. then redownload
