A Tutorial on how to make a NPC OPK hack with a Packet Editor

I will upload the packet editor i used... Its very dirty, I have NOT had virus problems of any kind but be careful, Even if you trust me because I didn't make this or change it in any way I'm just uploading it since it worked for me.
Umm I think thats it If you have any questions feel free to ask ^^
**HINT FOR THE DUMB**
Basically just look for the Size 28 packets... their generally the packets with the information of you killing the npc ^^

It works very well
why when i tested it the game crashes every time as if the packet editor is detected
no outside links -_-
BTW how the hell are u guys getting things to work like rpe PB just crashes every time i start it up every thing crashes PB wtf am i doing wrong plz enlighten me.

at least your not getting blue screen crash, that's all I get when I try it.
my dont crash but when i find 28 i freeze them ad i go in game nothing happens
