It just makes it look like you have 999 ammo, but you dont. But for Choobs, its called client sided. But for Choobs, it doesnt really do anything >_>
EDIT: lulz, I thought some people around here to know how to use Cheat Engine if they wanna hack (or change stuff) in Combat Arms
