Idea to Increase Activity

Bring back Jr.Gfx team, the guys who get absolutely nothink, but post in the forums and create stuff to continue to be in the Jr.Gfx team, do requests, etc. Might help to bring Gfx back, I'd like to request Jr.Gfx resurrection in hopes of full Gfx Section Resurrection.
