I found a cool site that gives problems that you should solve by using programming. Its in my sig and the link is here: Project Euler

I have finished one project so far, and I am looking forward to solving all of them .

/done

PS: You can check your answers to the problem by registering (no spam kids!).

C# is dead here at MPGH.. Globally... C# is more used than VB according to TIOBE.

TIOBE Software: The Coding Standards Company

PS: Using a progress bar on how much you learned a language? lol... what a joke honestly..

@PS thank your brinuz (Oh and hai thar long time no see right?) someone agrees with me. Fucker your never going to be able to fill that bar up. C++ is ever expanding with all the millions of man hours each day spent writing new functions, doing new things, the possibilities are endless. February 16 I believe a computer is versing Ken Jennings in jepordy. The software for the computer I heard was made in C++. No offense but you will never be able to make something like that. That is artificial intelligence and is a highly sophisticated study field which has not even begun to have been explored. Point being, you can always learn, you will never know 100% as implied in that bar that you will be able to. With a cockyass attitude like that you can just get off of MPGH because at MPGH we are thinkers and innovators, not dead ends. We never stop learning.

Can someone make a console project for me and put this in and find the success #? everytime I do it my computer overheats. Its for proj # 5 btw.

Code:
Sub Main()
        Dim num As String = 1
        Dim length As Integer = 1
Start:
        length = num.ToString.Length
        If Val(num / 11).ToString.Length <= length Then
            If Val(num / 12).ToString.Length <= length Then
                If Val(num / 13).ToString.Length <= length Then
                    If Val(num / 14).ToString.Length <= length Then

So...ugly. C'mon there has to be a more efficient way of doing that mnpeep.

Code:
For i As Integer = 11 To 20
    If Not (num / i).ToString.Length <= length Then
         Console.WriteLine("Fail: " & num.ToString)
         num += 1
         Exit For
    Elseif i = 20 Then
         Console.WriteLine("Success: " & num.ToString)
         Console.ReadLine
    End If
Next i

Great share though, I'm looking at this now, looks AWESOME!

For i As Integer = 11 To 20
    If Not (num / i).ToString.Length <= length Then
         Console.WriteLine("Fail: " & num.ToString)
         num += 1
         Exit For
    Elseif i = 20 Then
         Console.WriteLine("Success: " & num.ToString)
         Console.ReadLine
    End If
Next i

Um, didn't see any of the surrounding code, is this in a loop or something? What's the inital "num" variable and what is the "length" variable.
