it does not show up

I did everything on the ultimate guide and when i was in the game i press insert and delete it did not show up

please help

Download the Perx injector then inject the dll (pb.dll)
after this open the game and the MPGH website will pops up..

1st: I think the hack it's Patched
2nd: Why you hack? this game is so easy
