Combat Arms Blood Effect

Can anyone please PLEASE tell me how to turn on blood effect in Combat Arms I've looked everywhere but everything i saw was out dated and doesn't work anymore PLEASE help.

Wrong Section Its In The settings

1) need to be registered as over 18
2) post in the correct section
3) in the settings option (the thing that looks like a gear), in custom graphics settings it will say, low, medium, high and custom or something, click custom (or whatever it says) and goto the bottom where it says blood effect turn it on, done.
