How do I get a custom E-Mail domain name?

I've been on Google for ever. I got nothing. How do I make a custom email domain name?

Example: Justified@Custom E-Mail Domain.com

you can make it but it'll say "e-mail not verified" next to your name

unless you buy the domain (example - austin@trolls.net) then you gotta verify it if you wanna use msn through it.

first of all, you need a domain with cpanel.

Ok ty bombs, it tells me to verify the email so i sign in with my new email and it says it isnt verified and i need to verifiy it. So i clcik inbox and it says i need to verify it. wdf

It cant be verified if the domain doesnt exist.

So meh, won't work.
