IW is only developing the SP this time, with the help of sledgehammer. Raven software is developing the MP this time, and IW will have no part in it. I like most of Ravens games, so unless Activision forces them to make it another clone, and not let them get creative, I have hope that the MP will be decent. Wont know until the full reveal though
