Region Blocked !!! help

I've downloaded the game and updated everything but whille in game login
says Account restricted, region blocked"

is there a way to play a NA version or trick to play this game =/

this problem make a {ProjectBlackout} blocked your server to playing them..
instal a hotspotshield and run a software.....
and you click a Task Conect...and wait until A red Color be Chagee A green color
and this conection already tu use tob PBlackout USA....
trust me it work....1000%
and i play PBlackout USA in indonesia

but not work in my PC....
