please help!!! crossfire."failed to download patch file"

Hey everyone,

I have just recently gotten updated crossfire. Now I run the patcher it says "failed to download patch file" is there a fix to this?

just open crossfire again untill its working. after like 5-10 tryes its working for me

I resintalled, tried alot of times it still dosnt work

This happened here and I just rebooted my computer. Tried this? Is simple I know but can solve your problem like mine.

The problem is your internet connection, it resets the server everytime it starts to download, switch your router off for a few minutes (and yes a few minutes, not just restart it) then try again, if that doesn't work, delete your CF folder, redownload the game, and run selfupdate_cf.

Are you using AVG?
If so turn it off.

yhe thats a good idea turn off firewalla and antivirus, it maybe works
