[Source Code] Simple Game Base with Special FX

this is just something i have that i use a lot when it actually comes to modding, i used to use it to test fx files and special fx that i wanted to try to add to CA (like a custom nade explosion). those mods never happened but i had this and figured you people here could probably use it for something, might make a good D3D test environment)

How to start this
simply click run.bat

source code is in vb7.1

this file is an example of the fx that are possible through the lithtech jupiter engine.

Ha,You could of used a Game Engine and just made that in like 2 seconds and have it where the Fx is triggered by something such as when you walk at a certain place...ect
