Well to attach a debugger, you actually need to have a debugger to attach. The rest is pretty straightforward if you do some research.

I think topblast did something like this some days ago..

Break it down into sections
google how to do each one if you need to
combine all you've learned into one big thing
???????

Seriously, if you think about each step
i.e
Listing processes
Getting icons of running processes
Starting a process
Filtering processes to ones with open windows
...etc

You'll get through it in no time. It requires some effort on your part though, we're not going to spoonfeed you.

Like Jason said, we're NOT spoonfeeding you. You either need to stop being lazy or seriously consider learning VB properly!
