Help on downloading CA?¿

The following is the error I get after I go through the setup. I hit Agree, Install it to C:\Nexon\Combat Arms, and I get this...

What the hell is going on?? I need some help... This is my other computer, it's a windows XP and I have limited access on the account that I'm using. Does this cause the error?¿

Well, whenever you screw up the folder, and you already have a file from last patch, it will give you error=60, so redownloading is the only way, anyways is there any way to speed up the download process, by not spending money on freakin network? XD

Actually my computer is a really nice computer... its a Gateway from the FX series...

Ya, it's called the FX541S... It's not a bad computer...

IDK much about speed, but when i run my cursor over my wireless internet it says Speed: 18.0 Mbps... Is that good/average/bad?

Anything other than what you build with your own 2 hands is crap and expensive.
