[Help] Cant Download

Evertime i try to download windos driver development kit it freeze's. I download it in 3 parts but still i will freeze and will shows that nothing it downloading. What do i do?

Have you tried getting it off a torrent site?

EDIT: Don't bother i just looked and there isn't one.

I downloaded it from Cheat Engine. But when i try to download it to my commputer i wont work.
