what can u use tapping for?

ok so ive been playing a bit today and ppl have called me a tapper...i kno wut that is but i dont know wut exactly u can do if u tap....can any1 give me an answer? i kno im a noob for asking, so flame away if u feel its necessary. also do u know if u can do this with a wireless adapter?

umm tapping helps you teleport i think...

Its a semi teleport thing you can do with your modem.

It allows you to move around the map without being shot at, but you can shoot people. Disconnects from server though

ok well i tried with my wireless usb adapter and i always went to the same spot, also if i shoot ppl they dont die...is there a way to get it to work?

umm and tapping is like super lag by disconnecting your connection lowing you to move then reconnect and to the others it looks like you teleport and umm in not sure if it still works but you can kill people while tapping and when you reconnect they die

Tapping is when you disconnect your internet (Manually or using a program). You can still run around the map, but everyone is frozen. When you shoot them the game is still sending packets, so when you replug in your internet you killed everyone you shot. Unless you got killed while tapping of course.

Anyways tapping was patched a while ago.

Yea i don't think you can tap anymore, I think they patched this.
