$20.00 visa card

I have a visa prepaid debit card with $20.01 on it.
I want to trade this for $20.00 in paypal.
I will give you all the information for the debit card.

Its a prepaid debit card.
Paypal only accepts credit cards.

And a lot of other things require debit/credit cards and dont accept paypal.

so trading 20$ for a 20$ prepaid visa card is more like;

You cant use visa debits on paypal, thus you dont get any fees.
