i cant get rid of some rootkits i got.......it messed with my C++...it wont let me download from microsoft,,,,

i know where the root kits are located but cant get rid...i need some help this shit has got me stumped

Neither have I. I'm tellin' ya, just reformat. You'll lose lots of shit but you'll be clean. I have three harddrives and only back up the shit I know is clean. My mom spywares the fuck outta my shit so I have to reformat pretty often.
