[Solved] TuneUp Utilities (Not trial)

Does anyone has the non-trial TuneUp Utilities? (permanent one)

Without it I can't play and the trial version is gone and I can't reinstall it, idk why.

If u know any other program that reduces lag, I'd be gratefull...
