HELP, MY COMBAT ARMS ISNT WORKING!

Even with out hacks, I start my combat arms, hacksheild stuff starts up, the screen goes black, then I'm redirected back to my desktop where CA is closed completely... PLEASE HELP I don't know whats going on.... Does this mean Im IP banned or something and it wont let me open it up? I'm going to reinstall.

P.S, I didnt post this at the nexon forums cuz there all fuking noobs.

you should try to re-install the program and it should work I had the exact same problem
