ive never been on any sort of diet.
im willing to do uppers such as meth, or synthetic versions of it.
im a smoker.
i need to get to 200 lbs.
For starters, stop smoking.

how much lbs you at right now? and just dont eat anything for 1 day. try that and see how it turns out. if u cant then just eat only 1 meal and thats it. thats what i do and i still stay at the same amount of lbs
You can't just 'stop' smoking. Easier said then done.
I recommend cycling, good exercise and you don't feel like you are going to choke to death.

Maybe you should consider cutting down atleast .
