[Help]Download SDK June 2010 Problem!

Well i recently reformatted my Pc from Windows XP 32 bit to Windows 7 32bit. Now the problem i have is when ever i download The Directx SDK June 2010 there is an error upon opening saying i need a packer tool. I am not familiar with Windows 7 does this mean i need a packer tool to setup Directx SDk June 2010? before on my windows xp computer i downlaoded it and it installed in my program files no problem. Whats the difference in windows 7?As i said before i am not familiar with windows 7 so dont give me a hard time.

Well one, if you have a computer that had win xp and put win 7 on it, it will most likely go slower.

Anyways, I have Win 7 - 64bit, and i didn't have that problem (June 2010), BUT, i did install March 2008 first, i don't know if that will do anything, but i guess it wouldnt hurt to try...

I tried running as admin got the same error.
