I try dragging the .dll file to blackcipher.exe but it says missing MSV100D.dll is missing then I tried dragging it to the n-jector, it says it injected i opened ca and i pressed insert and nothing happen! i didnt see NOOB hax- black cipher on the top right of my screen so i knew it didnt work.. i turn AV and firewal of still didn't work!!!
I also tried te Byte cipher to undetect it. but it said i had no permission of using blackcipher.dll?? HELP ME PLEASE SOMEBODY
All you need to do is use Portal to inject them so all u need it the .dll no other apps... XD dude if you havent tryed that then u fail!!!!! its like i failed until i talked to noob and he told me to inject with portal (i know use this whenever i play CA!!!)

Type in system32 on your search it'll be in the c drive i think and its a folder

Click the windows icon in the bottom corner of your screen.
type in C:\Windows\system32
Hit enter.

2.Download and extract your .DLL file of need
3. Click your Windows logo,then the computer icon. Under this,click your harddrive (Usually C: ).Open your Windows Folder.Open your System 32 Folder. Drag and drop the .dll in your System 32 folder.
4.Do the same thing as in Step 3 but this time put it in your Combat Arms main folder
This is like the 5th answer to this problem lol. Hopefully now its /solved
Pretty simple guide and I think if the noobs come across this thread it'll stop a lot of help requests like these
