I need some advice

I'm in an argument with my parents about my computer. They have 2 major rules:

1) No taking your laptop into your room (I don't have internet access in it)
2) No using computer after 10 pm

I break number 2 ever few days. Number 1, however, I break only occasionally (Once ever 2 or so weeks). I break these rules because I believe they are stupid and make no sense.

2 Days ago, my mom walked in on me at 11:00pm in my room with my laptop watching Naruto (I downloaded the entire show). She freaked out and is trying to take my laptop away until my exams are over (2 and a half weeks from now). I'm refusing and because of this, she will not give me rides anywhere (including to and from school, a 50 minute walk) and will not listen to me trying to negotiate.

I need a few good arguments declaring why these rules are nonsense that I can use to get my parents to shut the hell up.

I really appreciate any help. (All trolling will be reported)

Say you'll ditch school because you have reason to; you can't get there fast enough.

I get all A s usually and I care too much about getting to a good college for them to listen.

I'm not losing my laptop for 2 1/2 weeks either.

well how old r u, if u 13 or up just tell them that ur not a little kid who needs to watched every 5 sec of the day and that your grades have not been affected by this at all

you need your laptop in your room and past 10pm in order to study for the exams,

Buy an iPod, turn off laptop at 10 and then use iPod till midnight

The room thing is bullshit because you don't even have wifi.
What are you going to do there? Watch porn? Impossible!
My idea for the hour limit... Keep a few "fake" assignments open in the background.
Just C+P some shit from wikipedia about something in your class and put it in Word.
If you hear them coming in just go into word and start typing random shit.

Works with my parents

Not an argument but it might work later

P.S. Tell them they must get rid of the rules or MPGH will kick their ass

I'm still only allowed on the computer once a week.
But I don't have time.

I'm 16, 17 in 3 months. They don't seem to care and ignore that argument when I've said it to them.

I wish it would but they refuse to let me use it in my room homework or not.

And as I said to ded, homework or not, I'm not allowed computer in my room. I'm trying to buy a Xoom but I want to get a data plan with it which I can't without my bank info which my parents won't give me...

Dude just folow them they arnt that fucking bad to you its so bad because your on alot but to others it isnt just take a break study for exams and 2 and 1/2 weeks welcome back...
