Okay, I know a few people have suggested a chatbox but I'm suggesting the XAT Box which is pretty much a chatbox but with Moderators and Admins..
The moderators can..
-Mute
-Kick
The Admins can..
-Mute
-Kick
-Ban
-Demote (I think
)
-Make people mod (I think)
I'm pretty sure there are more features but that's about it.
Moderators and Administrators can hopefully control the spam and yeah.. Just think about it. Thanks.

You like XAT? I know most forums usually prefer irc or a shoutbox to it simpler not as tacky..
