So yeah... I want to buy vip but I don't have 250 posts, why is that ? Why do you have to have 250 posts ?

You don't, press VIP now at the top of the page 
It was to where at one point the VIP buying system for us was down and we had to sell from our current VIP coder at the time so he had to be able to trust the members he was negotiating trades with.
