Anyone notice the lag?

Is it me or is everyone recieving lag? I cant play in this -_-

I only lag in big games. As in 8v8. 6v6 and less. I have no lag.

i was also lagging but i changed regions and it wasnt as bad

I disabled the bandwith reserve for windows update .. what else can I do to increase it??
