DN Tools

Hey guys since we need tools to make some modifications to files and hacks, here are some tools that will enable us to do this:

-dds viewer - Integrated plug-ins, you can view teh thumbnails directly in the system image file dds, dds file editing support and ps plugin.
-DN Model Browser - visual model tool
-DN Packer - repack the pak!
-MshConverter - a model transformation tool.
-QuickBSM - unpack the pak!

Virus scan(s):
VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner 1/41 I believe it's a false positive.

I use GIMP for .dds editing, since the plugin's already there and it's an advanced image editor that let's you pretty much do anything you want to the file, and with support for n-mapping, etc.

Yeah GIMP does not recognize dds files for me.

You're gonna need the GIMP DDS plugin if you want to use .DDS files with GIMP:

For .dds editing i strongly suggest paint.net, Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing
Its like a free photoshop
