Camtasia studio. Great features, small file sizes, alright quality. Etc.
fraps is the only best quality for gaming videos. fraps is not shit. your computer is shit.
Fraps.is the best, either you dont know how to compress the clips, or your pc isnt that well. Nothing beats fraps afaik...

Fraps can record your mic, but I suggest you use something else to.
